As a Product Engineer you will:
- Execute full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for fullstack applications
- Develop real estate analytics tools with sophisticated geospatial and data visualizations
- Architect and implement frontend interfaces using React and Redux, and backend APIs using Node.js or Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django)
- Apply AI tools like OpenAI Assistants, GPT Agents, and prompt engineering to speed up delivery and improve code quality
- Design workflows that integrate AI-generated code into existing pipelines
- Build tools or agents to optimize testing, documentation, refactoring, and reviews
- Collaborate on best practices for human-AI pair programming and feedback loops
- Experiment with AI protocols and orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangChain)
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and overall developer experience
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with fullstack capabilities
- Strong frontend experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript
- Backend experience in Node.js and/or Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
- Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills using Python and SQL
- Proven ability to apply AI to software workflows (e.g., Copilot, GPT integration, prompt engineering)
- Familiarity with LLM concepts like RAG, agentic tooling, and orchestration systems
Bonus points if you have:
- Integrated AI agents into engineering tasks (e.g., planning, QA, deployment)
- Familiarity with MCP, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, or ReAct-style agents
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes
- Worked with data visualization tools like D3.js, Deck.gl, and geospatial datasets
- Used material UI frameworks or similar design systems
- Early-stage startup or fast-growth environment experience
