Sr Fullstack Engineer at Fuse
Candidate Location: Argentina & Colombia
Fuse: Reinventing auto loan origination with next-gen, no-code innovation.
As a Sr Fullstack Engineer you will:
- Develop, ship, and maintain product features across frontend and backend
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using NestJS and PostgreSQL
- Build dynamic, server-rendered interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Contribute to data modeling and handle complex business logic for financial workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Solutions teams to scope and prioritize work
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and performance optimization
- Help define and improve engineering best practices and architecture standards
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in product-driven environments
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks like NestJS
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, query performance)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Comfort owning features end-to-end, from architecture to release and iteration
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in financial services, SaaS platforms, or low-code/no-code products
- Enjoy working with distributed teams in fast-paced environments
- Have interest or experience in performance optimization, system design, or DevOps
