Sr. Implementations/Operations Manager at Fuse
Candidate Location: Argentina & Colombia
Fuse: Reinventing auto loan origination with next-gen, no-code innovation.
As a Sr. Implementations/Operations Manager you will:
- Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring each implementation stays within timeline, scope, and quality expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Onboarding Specialists, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to coordinate technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and refine implementation processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, delivering clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline onboarding workflows, implementing best practices to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring smooth integration of their systems with Fuse Finance’s platform and aligning on technical and performance requirements.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have proven experience managing multiple complex projects, ideally in a technical or financial environment.
- Have a background in implementing financial or technical products, with a solid understanding of technical integrations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working alongside engineering teams and understanding technical project needs.
- Have experience using project management methodologies and tools.
- Have a leadership mindset and have previously guided cross-functional implementation or operations teams.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working with fintech or financial services clients.
- Have previously led implementation or operations teams in early-stage or rapidly scaling companies.
