As an IT Administrator you will:
- Manage, configure, and optimize core systems like Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, and O365
- Support a wide range of cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Jira
- Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell or Python) to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy and refine internal tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Windows and macOS environments
- Support collaboration platforms including Teams, Slack, and Zoom
- Improve internal documentation, process clarity, and user-facing help resources
- Participate in after-hours support as needed
- Take ownership of Kalshi’s IT systems and help shape the future of our internal tech stack
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience managing cloud-based and enterprise tech environments
- Have deep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
- Have worked with IAM tools: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, GSuite, or Auth0
- Are proficient in scripting with PowerShell or Python
- Have hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and managing both Mac and Windows platforms
- Are familiar with collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack, and the Office suite
- Have used ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Enjoy supporting others and solving complex systems-level issues
Bonus points if you:
- Have high attention to detail and follow-through
- Communicate clearly and thrive in cross-functional teams
- Are self-motivated, organized, and great at prioritizing independently
- Are energized by challenges and greenfield ownership opportunities
- Have experience building or scaling IT systems in startup environments
