As a Head of Sales you will:

  • Oversee the entire sales team, ensuring adherence to modern, tech-enabled sales practices.
  • Play a critical role in strategic decision-making across various sales levels (SDR to AE to AM to VP).
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Strategic Management & Operations: Managing daily sales activities, strategy development and implementation, sales forecasting, and budget management.
    • Team Building: Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team, including making hiring and firing decisions.
    • Analytics & Feedback: Implementing and analyzing KPIs and OKRs, utilizing AI for sales analytics, and incorporating customer feedback for sales and website improvement.
    • Technology: Managing CRM tools (like Hubspot), implementing automation tools, and leveraging AI for sales materials.
    • Collaboration: Producing various reports, building lead lists, working with marketing teams, and outsourcing technical tasks as needed.

Salary Structure: $2K + bonuses which can be up to $5K on top of the salary amount or $3K + bonuses up to $2K on top of salary amount * (this is dependant on result & KPIs)

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experienced in leading tech-enabled sales teams.
  • Skilled in using KPIs, OKRs, and experienced with PIPs.
  • Proven track record in team management including hiring and firing.
  • Expertise in sales operations, marketing-tech, and building automated tools.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in a similar role part of a fast growing startup.
