Alright... so you’ve made it all the way down

You’re probably wondering: “yeh, it sounds great, but what the hell is Flatworld?”

In a nutshell: we help developers find fully remote roles!

What makes us amazing for developers is that instead of applying to jobs individually, you simply apply to our platform and we take care of matching you to a company and getting you hired.

That means we go out and show the companies you're the right fit for them.

We will also hold your hand through the paperwork and hiring process so all you have to do is complete our application, show up to some interviews, and lay back while we get you the job.

It really is that simple... so simple that if Linus was a remote dev looking for a job he'd be like:

“Flatworld is just incredible... I can’t even explain it”

* No, Linus didn’t say this. But he probably would...

Xella Health Cheat Sheet

Xella Health Mission

Xella Health is building the first precision healthcare platform designed specifically for women. They combine multi-omic testing (genomics, proteomics, hormones, and more) with GenAI-powered interpretation, personalized education, and clinical coaching to deliver actionable insights and proactive care plans.

What they are solving:

Women make up over half the population, yet their most foundational biological needs are often overlooked in healthcare. Conditions like infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, and perimenopause are widely misdiagnosed, poorly managed, or ignored. Xella addresses this by combining advanced molecular sequencing with digital health/AI, giving women and clinicians access to more data than ever before in a way that is clinically actionable and supportive.

Why you'll love working at Xella Health

The Xella Health team:

  • Is mission-driven, working to transform women’s health from prevention to treatment.
  • Operates at the intersection of biology, data, and technology.
  • Is small, ambitious, and collaborative, with opportunities to shape a platform from the ground up.
  • Builds meaningful products that directly impact the lives of millions of women.
  • Offers a remote-first environment with autonomy, trust, and deep work.
