I am Vinicius, and I have been working in the software development industry for the past 10 years, and I have been programming for 15. I've been in this industry for a long time because it is my passion and I enjoy my work.
What were you looking for in your next job opportunity?
I was pursuing an international career because I had friends and a boss who had worked abroad and had referred me to it. I had the experience - being a team leader, junior level, senior level, and even some management responsibilities - and I wanted to put my experience and talent to use.
How did you find Flatworld?
My friend worked at a company that Flatworld hires for, and he encouraged me to apply through Flatworld because they were all happy with the process.
How would you describe your experience with Flatworld?
Flatworld is quicker, and I felt like I was reviewed fairly. It was less boring because I wasn't evaluated by people who didn't understand technology. The majority of the processes were automated. It was simply a case of 'show me you know how to code.'
